5 Hats That Make A Cute Summer Outfit
Can we talk about summer hats for a second? I think a good, cool hat is one of those little accessories that can completely transform an outfit, and should be one of your key pieces every summer.
These are some of the hats on my style radar that I will be adding to my summer wardrobe this year.
Straw Hats
Is it really summer if you do not have at least one straw hat? I don't think so, and although most people wear it strictly to the beach, I would say this is a great piece you can combine well with linen dresses and sets.
They also never really go out of style, and if you have a matching straw bag, then I believe even the most simple summer outfits will look well though-out and put together.
I also like straw cowboy hats, but they have more of a festival vibe for me, so I would probably keep them for an occasion like that.

Crochet Skull Caps
I bet you have seen plenty of cool Scandi girls wearing these crochet caps in different colors and with different details. Although I was a bit skeptical at first, I have grown to really like this piece and they come in so many cool designs.
One of the best things about crochet caps is also the fact they are usually handmade, so you can support a small local business and look stylish at the same time!

Baseball Caps
For more casual days, a baseball cap is such an underrated summer accessory. A simple cotton cap is cool and practical for beach walks, road trips, or those mornings when you want to look stylish without putting too much thought into your outfit.
It gives you those cool 90s off duty vibes, and nowadays pretty much every interesting brand has their offer of baseball caps in different summer colors and patterns, so you can always find something that fits your vibe.

Beach Cloche
I know you did not really see this one coming, but trust me, it will be a huge hit this summer, and I bet you want to be one of the first to wear it! It has a bit more elegant and mysterious feel because of its soft, rounded shape that gently frames your face, and gives that old-Hollywood look, so I can easily imagine Audrey Hepburn wearing it in Roman Holiday.
If you need an elegant and sophisticated outfit, but you still need to shield yourself from the sun, I think this could be the right choice!

Crochet Hats
If those crochet skullcaps are a bit too bold for you, then a classic crochet hat in any style you like is a perfect carefree choice for your summer days. They feel playful and relaxed, and work perfectly with beachwear, linen pieces, and anything that gives that “slow summer day” energy.
I would go for hats in some funky colors, because after all, it is summer, and you should have some fun with your outfits!
