Coolest Bags I Have Seen During Fashion Month
Fashion month is always a good source of outfit inspiration, but I think that this season, I spent even more time looking at the bags. The Spring/Summer 2027 collections had everything from fun, unexpected designs to classic everyday styles, and there are a few I haven't stopped thinking about since!
Gucci's Party Bag
Demna's vision for Gucci gave us plenty to talk about, and the accessories were no exception. This slim shoulder bag caught my eye thanks to its three signature Horsebit details, inspired by the 3X cummerbund belt that also appeared on the runway. It has just the right amount of attitude without feeling too difficult to style, and I feel like it could be the next big thing for Gucci. I can picture it with everything from a simple white T-shirt and jeans to a little black dress for a
night out. If your wardrobe leans towards statement pieces with a slightly edgy feel, this one will definitely be on your wishlist.

Dior's Cygnet Minaudière
Jonathan Anderson and his new Dior designs are already giving us plenty to look forward to. Among the more practical styles inspired by the house's familiar silhouettes, it was this little swan-shaped minaudière that stole my attention. Is it the most functional bag on this list? Probably not. Will it fit much more than a lipstick and a few tiny essentials? I wouldn't count on it. But that's the point! This is one of those accessories that is forever, and it is such a cool addition to any collection.

The Hermes Rênes Bag
For anyone who prefers a more understated approach to accessories, the Rênes bag is one to keep on the radar. Its structured, trapezoidal shape and soft calfskin give it a refined look, while the absence of traditional hardware keeps the design clean and minimal. Instead of a conventional clasp, leather cords at the sides open the bag's structured frame. It's the kind of bag that doesn't need a prominent logo or elaborate detailing to make an impression, and I can see it becoming a wardrobe staple for years to come. I feel like Hermes really did their big one with this bag and that we will see people searching for it soon.

Chanel's Cloud Bag
Matthieu Blazy's first Spring/Summer 2027 collection for Chanel also brought us a bag that feels closer to a miniature sculpture than an everyday accessory, and I love to see that. The Cloud Bag has whimsical weather-inspired details, including a lightning bolt, sunburst and raindrops embellished with blue stones. It's playful, a little surreal and completely different from the classic Chanel bags we already know. While it might not be the bag I'd reach for on a busy day, I love the idea of styling it with a simple outfit and letting the accessory do all the talking. After all,
fashion should leave a little room for pieces that are simply fun to wear and Blazy knows it!

Louis Vuitton's 9-to-5 Bag
As much as I love a fun bag, I really appreciate a design that can keep up with everyday life. Louis Vuitton's generously proportioned flap bag feels like exactly that kind of investment. It's polished enough to carry to the office, spacious enough for all the things we somehow manage to accumulate throughout the day, and elegant without looking too formal. This is a reminder that practical bags can be just as exciting as the ones we buy just for their looks.
