How I reset after Fashion Week
I’ll be honest: Fashion Month is a whirlwind. Gorgeous, inspiring, and totally overwhelming. By the end, my head is buzzing with looks, designs and endless inspiration, and my body is craving a slower rhythm.
When Fashion Week finally ends, I always rely on these simple rituals to fully reset:
I Log Off (As Much As I Can)
Even though there are always a few things left to finish after Fashion Week, I try to minimize my time online. Fashion Month is so full of impressions that I like to give myself a moment to process everything quietly. I go through my photos, my notes, the little details I noticed during the shows, and slowly summarize what really stayed with me.

I Sit down with a face mask and do absolutely nothing
This is usually the first real pause after weeks of constant chaos and moving between the shows and photoshoots. Fashion Month can be incredibly exciting, but also very overwhelming and tiring. Sitting down, putting on a face mask, and just doing nothing for a while feels almost luxurious after such a hectic schedule.

Spending time with my loved ones
After being surrounded by so many people at the events, I always feel the need to come back to the ones who make everything feel normal again. A quiet dinner, a long conversation, or a cup of coffee, just something simple. It helps me reconnect and slow down a little.

Finally going back to training
During Fashion Week, routine completely disappears, especially when it comes to training. There’s barely any time for it. So one of the first things I do after everything ends is go back to a workout. It always makes me feel balanced again.
